secret is posture. If you slouch then you need to improve your posture.
Next time you look in the mirror take a good look at your shoulders and

3. Stand straight and tall, with shoulders upright.
4. When standing for extended periods of time. It sometimes helps to shift weight from one foot to the other.
5. Keep shoulders properly aligned with the rest of your body. Avoid pushing your head forward.
