SMART DRESSING TIPS FOR MEN -
WEARING STRIPES OR CHECKS
√ It is best not to wear checks or stripes on both shirts and pants.
√ When wearing checks or stripes it is best to
ensure that one of the garments,
either your shirt or pant is plain.
For example if your shirt is striped then your pants should be of a plain solid color. Wearing too many textures will mess up your look.

If you have gained a
few pounds and want to dress up and look slim, here

√ Wearing one color from head to toe makes you look taller.
√ Wear high heels,
preferably medium to high depending on how comfortable
you feel in them.

GOOD POSTURE - TIPS TO BOOST YOUR SELF CONFIDENCE
When most of us look at the mirror, we usually focus on looking at our clothes and hair styles. Many of us may not even be aware that they slouch and need to improve their posture.
You may wear the most fashionable dress and use the best makeup, but without proper posture you will not be able to do justice to your new fashionable dress.
Any type of clothing if properly worn can make you
look smart. The secret is posture. If you slouch then you need to
improve your posture. Next time you look in the mirror take a good look
at your shoulders and back. Slumped shoulders are a sign of bad posture.
Do you habitually slouch? Good posture will make you feel better and confident and do wonders for your self confidence.
Good posture will also help you look and feel slimmer. You will also be able to get rid of some of those aches and pains. Good posture will even help prevent back and neck pain that is a common ailment today.
While initially you may feel stiff when you try to hold your head high and try to keep you shoulders back, after a while it will feel natural. Your body will align itself properly and your slouching habits will fade away.
1. When sitting make sure your back is aligned with
the
back of the chair.
2. When standing keep feet slightly apart. How apart?
About the width of your shoulder should be a guideline.
3. Stand straight and tall, with shoulders upright.
4. When standing for extended periods of time. It
sometimes helps to shift
weight from one foot to the other.
5. Keep shoulders properly aligned with the rest of
your body. Avoid pushing
your head forward.
